George N. Gillett, Jr. has been Chief Executive Officer since 1997 when the company owned eight ski resorts including Sierra-at-Tahoe and Northstar-at-Tahoe in California, Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley and Cranmore Mountain in New Hampshire, Big Bear Mountain in Southern California, The Summit at Snoqualmie in Washington, and Grand Targhee in Wyoming. Prior to his reign at Booth Creek, Mr. Gillett led a successful team in managing and operating Vail Resorts. Additionally, he has investment, ownership, and management interests in a multitude of other businesses and industries.

Jeffrey J. Joyce has worked with George N. Gillett, Jr. and his family in all of their various business endeavors since 1988 and has been a partner in Booth Creek since its inception. Mr. Joyce began his relationship with the Gillett family as a summer intern in 1984. From 1985 to 1988 he worked as a commercial banker in Texas and in 1988, he rejoined Mr. Gillett as an assistant vice president of finance. In 1996, Mr. Gillett and Mr. Joyce formed Booth Creek.

Brian Pope has been Vice President of Accounting and Finance of Booth Creek since August 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Pope served as Senior Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services of Ernst & Young LLP.
